hi kak and co
i know you will all probably ignore this in the same way that you ignored my opinion before about the dilution, but here it is anyway:
1: when a soph investor gets shares in a stock at a price below market price, and the shareholders aren't happy, the sp usually drops BELOW the price to the soph investor. history is filled with examples of the sp going as low as 50% of the placement price
2: when a consolidation happens, the sp usually drops for a while too.
this is likely to go below 5c, and again that is not meant to be a downramp, just a realistic interpretation of what is happening
good luck to those who chose to stay on board
