A few points I found interesting in the court case.
QNI was bought from BHP for $1 (one dollar),according to the liquidators.
When QNI was chasing loans the State Gov offered $10mill for enviro clean up, probably the tails dam, but QNI knocked it back.
Aurizon was said it was owed $90mill for transport.
Going by the report on the ABC 730 programme there is a lot of maintenance required before it can restart.
Will the plant be refurbished and restarted? Anything is possible with Clive, could he get license off DNI to treat the tailings?

Back to PM1.....we should have an interesting few weeks coming up.
The bulk sample starts this month and running for 3 months.NCC are you still going to have a look?
The PFS will be completed this quarter. This should give a clearer picture of plant costs and services available etc
And we might even get the result of the CRC. AIMO

Im surprised clive settled. Will be interesting to see what he does.

Coincidence that he settled on the day that nickel rallied to 6.75? prob not!
