The only issue I see is what else they want capital for. If it was just SQ then easy. There is a contract in place with reimbursement tens In place and the SQ project is well backed.
‘Other funding’ is probably what they are looking for. They want to expand production without having announcements....why? So they can supply announcements to come . Chicken and egg
They could go to the market but that would go down like a cup of cold sick given the backlog. Deliver some of that and we will be all good - they need to deliver to clients programmes unfortunately.
I see the IC financial close on time being crucial (ahead of time would be good). It will show that major contracts can be closed on programme - have we forgotten how long SQ took to close. Given that +be EBITDA hinges on that close, if that delays the SP is koozered (technical term)
