Nigel has certainly put the ‘AVZ is going mining’ stamp on this by looking exclude floatation and run with basic DMS ; but is this what potential partners / funders want? Using DMS and scratching the floatation circuit basically means that you’ll need to grind more; deal with more tonnage per tonne, dealing with more waste and some transportation issues which dealing with fine particles will throw up.. all these things all have additional costs associated with them
it will be interesting to see if this gets a reaction from a funder / interested party; I’d imagine that they would probably want a floatation circuit installed and basically open the door to all customers.
It will be very interesting to see what results with floatation throw up; AVZ needs to have this data included within their testing.
Personally I think the company needs to step back and look at what’s on the register ; it’s full of retail investors, many of which wouldn’t know what the data / results in this initial release mean’t. The first think the majority of retail holders would have fixed on would have been 5.8% and the 62% recovery; they wouldn’t have. A clue about the significance of the process applied. They did write ‘does not include flotation recovery ’ in italic under the results table; they should have written this clearly within the header and possibly the relevance.
Anyway; some retail got spooked and left the building in not understanding. These results are very positive indeed and great confirmation of the
quality Manono holds, in that it can basically replicate the same grade coming out of the WA lithium producers using a simpler process; but IMO
interested parties will more than likely want a floatation circuit included and open the stall to all customers.

Thanks Obe wan .
looking at the PLS process flow program in the September announcement,
can the HMS concentrate after stage 2 be stockpiled for a greater time ,considering it will be a dryer product than the chemical concentrate after floatation process has been applied.?
An advantage to marketing?
