I also remember in one of the quarterly calls (Q1 2019 I believe), Henry was asked the question on slippage for the Ivory Coast financial close, given the experience with San Quintin... his response was that the San Quintin financial arrangement was much more complicated because it was a BOT structure. This financial arrangement for the Ivory Coast is much simpler and he did not foresee any issues when it came to financial close by end of Q3. The fact they are still aiming for Q3 tells us that nothing has come up that would suggest a delay was expected.
Whilst delays are always possible, the more likely outcome at the moment is a financial close that is delivered on time.
And as pointed out yesterday, the likely outcome IMO is that the US$40m debt facility with Generate Captial will also be ratified end of Q3 or early Q4.
If both of these are done in the next couple of months, and some large SUBRE/Aspiral contracts come through as signaled by management in the quarterly call ... then we will all have a very Merry Xmas this year because I can't see this finishing 2019 under $1 if the above is completed and multi-year orders start flowing.
