Ann: Upcoming Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow, page-7

Currently the SP is at an all time low. Next week shares come out of voluntary escrow and you can bet that a number of these shares will probably be off-loaded. Then there is the request to issue more fully priced ATH shares to raise over $120,000 USD with the reason being;

To fund the Company’s current clinical development, research programs and working capital. This is an on-going placement – more tranches will be allotted in the future.

Would have thought that Life Biosciences would have contributed such an amount but obviously trying to milk as much as possible from investors or shareholders before taking them (ATH) out.

I wrote to the company a week ago expressing my extreme disappointment as a long term shareholder with the lack of commercial success over a 20 year period, the continuous lack of communication with shareholders and the market and more recently at the rapid decline in share price since the positive phase 1 trials.

i did get a response from their Investor relationship person who stated that they too were perplexed with the markets response to the successful phase 1 results and that they understand that they need to rebuild awareness and sentiment and that they are committed to doing this.
