Okay so here is the volume and adjusted close from 20/06/19 until 6/08/19. Total shares traded between .17c to .26.5c with a high of 29c is 264,782,092. Highest volume days in that period are in the mid 20s...




Before this raise there was approx. 47m options and a total of 774m shares outstanding. Of this top 10 holders equate to around 200 million shares which I'm guessing most will be held for a long time. So this shows that a load of retail investors and brokers shares have changes hands in the 20s building a good base for the next leg up. Only natural that the price drops after CRs like it does time and time again on any stock.



Raising $40m is no easy feat and they pulled it off well with majority of biotech investors in the US that would know their SH*T and would not invest that amount if they didn't think the upcoming results are going to be stellar. Luckily the company did human trials for phase 1 which ultimately de-riskes phase 2 comparative to other companies using animals for phase 1
