Has the whole thing been designed to drive speculation .....or indeed is there something actually about to unfold so as to secure this shall we say much needed cash.......➢ Exercise of the call option by Centaurus is subject to the Board of Vale S.A. approving the transaction (with approval anticipated to occur at the end of August 2019). The terms of the formal acquisition agreement have already been agreed.
