btw the 6% raise fee is well within the typical fees paid by companies to brokers to raise them money. The discount is also well within the typical bounds.
They also just issued $35m to US investment funds and now have the money to get their anti microbial drug through the first round of clinical trials and acne and eczema to phase 3. What do you reckon the share price will be on the day they announce they've successfully treated a human infected with a gram positive superbug?
