I think there are a lot of facts missing from the "detailed" 30 page report. They seem to mis-represent the truth to there advantage leaving out key facts that can be obtained from public audited accounts.Take the question of Compensation from RFF and RFM and where a directors alliance sits. (Conflict of interest)
Bonitas states that David Bryant gets more compensation from RFM than RFF saying
- RFF compensation is nil while (per Bonitas report)
- RFM compensation is 252,549
Per Audit Accounts and Change of Directors Interest Notice they leave out the compensation from his significant shareholding.
Truth is
RFF compensation (14,414,84 units x 0.0260 per Qtr ) = 1,499,144 in Compensation (Based on RFF distribution of 2.6075 cents June Qtr)
RFM compensation (Director Fee) = $252,549 (per Bonitas report)
Anyone can bend the facts to suite their point of view.
From the above to answer Bonitas question of which entity would you care about ?
"the entity you barely own" RFF or RFM
Answer is RFF it pays you 1.5 million per year !!! not NIL compensation. RFM pays you only $252k.
