The accounts have already been audited by PWC and that was before the Bonitas allegations. E&Y are completely independent of PWC and RFF so if they sign off on the accounts then all would be OK for RFF. The reason for the auditors is that the allegations are financial in nature so you need someone who knows accounts and where people hide the bodies ... auditors.
