Thankfully John Howard and Peter Costello left Labor with a massive surplus and cash in the government coffers so Swanny and Ruddy could build tiny school halls and send $900 cheque’s to dead people and other people living permanently overseas. Labor played a game of ‘Where’s Wally’ sorry I meant ‘Where’s my Surplus’ only to find it disappeared for what we all thought was forever. But the cavalry has arrived and Capt Joshie has found it.
