I took the "ceased discussions" bit in the Sumi announcement to mean that talking about the Fuji options isnt happening, probably until Sumi gets thru due diligence and makes a real offer for the lot. Fuj can counter at any time, for the lot, but likely post Sumi new offer. If Sumi walks and no offer for the lot from Fuji, then discussions for individual indications can recommence. All just conjecture really.
