"The facts, the truth are --> You claimed you passed those said words onto to me when you first posted them (words say what they say etc), when we were debating a Bible interpretation.
The truth, when you first wrote, posted those words, they were not to me = no question about it, YOU ARE, were, mistaken."

Wotsup, this is a good example of why it is impossible to have a meaningful exchange with you that progresses a subject.

DBT9 said those words to you on numerous occasions. He never said that the first use was to you. He used the term in "the first place" in the sense of why it was used not that it was used for the first time with you.
In any case, that is an irrelevant detail that you have put forward to avoid actually discussing why the phrase is used. It doesn't matter whether you were the first or the last.

You fixate in such a black and white manner on completely irrelevant things instead of trying to understand why a phrase might be used in the context in which it appears.

Your strange idea that the parable of the Fig Tree in Luke 21:27-32 refers to some future literal event and the "this generation" will be the generation that sees this fig tree sprouting, is an example.
Whether a fig tree is used on other occasions to mean something else, is irrelevant. In this account it is a parable relating to the coming signs of the destruction of the temple etc and Jesus' return.

A parable wotsup. A parable is a teaching story used for illustration. In this case to illustrate that signs portend future events just as as surely as a fig tree sprouting shows summer is near.

The worst thing you ever did was learn how to type in Biblical words or phrases and see all the other places they might be used.
You do not have the background or sufficient understanding of language, let alone how something should be translated within it's context, for this to be a useful tool.

You pluck phrases or words out of context and string them together with other unrelated phrases to come up with your strange interpretations.
Unfortunately you then convince yourself that you have discovered the real true word of God whilst everyone else has it wrong.
    Give me a break.
