I went back and reread the partnering that pls is looking for and i still cant see it any other way.
if they choose to sell part of pls.
they are going to sell a % of pls as it stands.
ie 49%
then 49% of the profit from the business is going to go to the owners of the 49%.
future jv that pls joins will not be part of this arrangement. Ie they are going to go and have one with POSCO and maybe another one with someone else. That will not be part of the partnering process.
ie all profits will be shared between the jv partners
