What else can NLC say about this? This is inevitable confirmation that THIS tripartite deal is dead. It's hard to pursue a tripartite deal with just yourself.
NLC & ETC are still to have discussions about pursuing other avenues such as Coldry, Hydromor and WTE tech.
If these discussions were not taking place, or gong to take place, then it would need to be disclosed. aimho
