specific requirements. Data-inCrypt® delivered its presentation to e-law’s Executive team, and subsequent to that
presentation was asked to complete several SMX installations within e-law for their evaluation.

KPMG is a global network of professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services in over 140
countries, including 13 offices throughout Australia. Data-inCrypt® delivered the first part of an in-depth technical
presentation to KPMG’s senior IT advisory (formerly information risk management) team in Sydney, New South Wales,
and will complete the second part of its presentation in conjunction with CertifiedMail within the next six weeks.

NEC is a global telecommunications & information technology solution provider, with NEC Australia being a world

presentation to NEC Australia’s IT and Business Solutions groups in Melbourne, Victoria, and subsequent to that
presentation was asked to complete several SMX installations within NEC Australia for their evaluation.

membership of any sporting club in Australia. It has the public responsibility of managing one of the largest and most
successful stadiums in Australia, and the world – the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Data-inCrypt® delivered its
presentation to the MCC’s IT and security support teams.
Department of Justice (Victoria) (“DOJ”) www.justice.vic.gov.au
The Department of Justice (Victoria) encompasses police; courts; prisons; emergency services; regulation of gaming,
racing, liquor licensing and trade measurement; and victims' services. The department's activities also cover the drafting
of legislation and the administration of various tribunals and programs to protect citizens' rights. Data-inCrypt®
delivered its presentation to the DOJ’s Courts Technology Group, and was subsequently invited to enter into further
discussions in regard to the potential provision of SMX and other SYNERGY Group services to the DOJ.
