You need to read the announcement again and stop making things up.
It clearly says they will not be pursuing the setting up of a Pilot Plant for Coldry Matmor integrated project on R and D Collaborative Mode as agreed by NLC, NMDC and ECT.
In view of ECT and NMDC’s decisions not to proceed.
Says absolutely nothing about not proceeding with a Coldry Plant.
