I'm sorry but you lost your credibility as soon as you said this:

EY audited Blueskys' books, it provided no transparency or explanation for the misrepresentation. The issue is your understanding of what a "Fact" is. Notwithstanding EY can perform their function as a legitimate auditor you will still get no clarity on the issues presented.
You need to reshape your thinking, your planting your pole of truth in shaky ground.
