I am wondering what the company has actually been doing for the past 6 months.
Are they going from finance meeting to finance meeting?
Have they sold any bandwidth from the diamonds?
Have they developed any software?
MOU's that do not seem to impress financiers?
Would it not be better to make the sats and get them up? This would then give them something to sell to customers.
What is the point of the loan if they are not doing anything with the money?

I forecast that SAS will default on the loan and all assets and IP will be transferred to the creditors.
What crimes? If the creditor is not at arms length to the directors, this should have been disclosed.
