You can say that if you like mate, but please spend a bit of time reading about the company first. That line gets trotted out by everyone that hasn't spent time investigating what the business does and then management pretty much speak to this (ill-directed) comment at every AGM. My one line summary of why I'm not concerned about such things is that as a REIT RFF don't operate in any of those industries you mention, there tenants do so they carry the risk and the lease lengths are over 10yrs, so that income stream can be seen many years into the future (or put another way, industry problems can be seen well off into the future). And how many other listed stocks can tell you the entire years div at the beginning of the year and demonstrate the steady growth YoY that RFF have?

Unless you are blatantly down ramping as I assume most this weeks 'experts' were trying to, in which case I wont waste any more time.
