As they should Mx. Just because they may take some last minute action (which they should have done some time ago) to arrest the share price decline, doesn't absolve them from culpability for their actions over the last three months. (And the board will be twice as big????)
1. The Chairman should go.
2. Replace him with OH.
3. No expansion in board size
4. Keep the iconic, hugely respected name.
