Unfortunately Dementia isn't 'just inflammation'. In fact it's not a remotely inflammatory process. There's also no proven benefit for medical cannabinoids in Mental Health - it has at this point a moderately positive effect on some skin conditions and is used as a third/fourth line medicine in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, MS and chronic pain.
