So there's a pretty active tech trading thread going on but no fundamentals chat happening. Think its hard to have a proper technicals discussion when we are at low volumes here.
The SP fell from 1.30 to 0.8 following the June transformation update. Okay fair enough. stock isn't moving enough for some active traders to be happy with and can move their capital to gold stocks etc. Also Larry had to sell some shares to short cover his loan which inadvertently caused a SP fall and for him to sell more shares to top up his loan. Fair enough. Its not hard to move the SP when you're the only trader with no volume selling at market price. Being a NED and high profile doesn't help.

ARQ have since received a strong cash injection from the sale of their non core third party registry services co and their debt is all long term. 5x EBITDA would have been a nicer number for an extra few mil but that's neither here nor there. We are simplifying the business and cutting costs.
Balance sheet also doesn't look as bad given revenue received in advance and measured as a current liab.

HY results to be release soon and i'm expecting some positive turnaround from their transformation strategies. Also the FY18 results show 15m in non cash writedowns and 4.3m in finance costs. Finance costs will drop thanks to the sale proceeds going to debt and non cash writedowns? exactly that non cash.
Looking forward to a +ve first half NPAT back this August.
