Sorry but yes i think companies can hold information back and still not technically break the law. Anything to give themselves an advantage. All information about the drills etc were provided by Santos to CTP. All news releases were by CTP, santos just reposted what CTP announced. so it is very possible that Santos may have left out some information, ideas, or thoughts on Mt Kitty and EP125. and if the seismic pointed to target zones going into neighboring permits they would have certainly have been aware of it.
Anyway just reading over one of the old company announcements there was a mention of Helium and Hydrogen being found. Anyone recall figures on the amount of Hydrogen. I know the Japanese in conjunction with the Vic government are currently running a pilot in Hastings Victoria to pull hydrogen out of coal waste gas, Japan wants to go down the hydrogen power car pathway. so do we have any idea on the volume and value if found.
