PE win or sell down after FID.
If FID is well before PE as appears to be the case then sell down with CNE it is and option to adjust WI back up after PE (in the event of a win)
Kosmos selldown on tortue after FID is a good analogy.
In the meanwhile FAR funding remains unresolved and holds down share price but we know something must happen pretty soonish.......
