I sent the CEO a scathing email today because I feel that AAE should have advised the market beginning of July what is happening. I can sense though the CEO is a genuine and sincere guy who is trying his best to get Agri out of their current situation but I am still not happy about the lack of information being given out to shareholders. I have been trying to get information out of Agri for weeks with little result and I think the CEO is about to block my emails.

This is the reply I got and doubt he will reply to any more of my emails:

Foreclosure by Agstar would be a market sensitive event and announced by the Board immediately it occurred. In the words of the announcement back on 3 June 2008 the market was advised that Agstar intend to foreclosure if a firm sale agreement for Beatrice or satisfactory investment into Beatrice had not occurred. We have not announced a foreclosure so I would hope the market can read into that the flip side. The Board is not in a position to make any foreclosure announcement at the moment and is obviously working with the bank on satisfying their requirements. .An announcement will be made when there is surety.
To say that I have given up and don’t care is another insult. That would have been the easy way out!
