As time passes the situation worsens. The ratio of public servants to actual produtive workers is increasing at an exponential rate as is the ratio of public servants to a total of the unemployed and welfare recipients. In a way you could also describe a lot of the "public servants" that I deal with as welfare recipients. The difference though is the amount of benefits recieved.
