Up to now, ANS and SDL have not updated the market whether WAPRC has lodged the application of outbound investment to China NDRC Shanghai or not. I keep repeating in this forum many times that the lodgment of application for OI is the most important step in the deal. For time being, I put this stock in my drawer. Hope for a miracle.
