Ellume, partner or not?, page-196

First post in a long time here.
I have started watching ADO a bit more of late as I like some of the progress made so far. No major commercial deals yet, but seems like a lot more structure around what they are doing and a decent business plan.
New CEO could be seen 2 ways. Could be that old CEO wasn't the right fit either for him or the business or didn't see the opportunity and decide to leave.
I have been hiring a fair bit of late (mind you not in the CEO space) and I am finding it incredibly difficult to get good staff whom are the right fit and for a reasonable package.
