You can't just run around digging holes in the ground these days as you like. You need to get EPA, native title, and mining approvals (@Black Cat and others here know far more about this than me). This all takes time.

The problem is our last lot of management went into everything backwards. No money should have been spent on RH until a mineable resource was located. Unfortunately what is done is done.

The positive is that sentiment is at an all time low (at least for the last few years). It won't take much positive news to get things moving up, but Ed needs to get on with things ASAP.
