The Brazillian health system is just a stepping stone to prove the product as well as keeping manufacturing costs down. I would guess that Sth America an easier market to enter than somewhere like Germany. So this is a bigger leap forward in my opinion. Eventually there will be some momentum and it will be bought by excited expecting parents.

Parents spend anything between $300-$1500 or even higher for a kid's birthday party so a device of this sort is affordable new parents who want it in the home.

It's definitely a longer term hold.
