Bubs and A2 have their eggs in more than one basket and have runs on the board that are tangible. Financially I agree looking at numbers is a different thing but as we all know numbers are like chess and can be let me say "open to creative accounting". So once JAT is audited by one of the major reputable audit firms then the questions will be out there. Their website does not even have the audited The progress is evident all over the country that we live in and in every supermarket, chemist, and most city billboards that you see in Australia. Their China side is the new cream on the crop that will come.

So, Yes I see the potential value in JAT with the China market and their so called connections. I am skeptical about other things more so than the other 2 companies you mentioned. If we start to see JATs products also here in OZ now that we have our own production line then I will be swayed to have a tiny bit more faith in the company and the progress.

If I am all smoke then please help me answer some of these as I see alot of people posting "In Wilton we trust. Wilton is the best etc etc".

As I said I made a mistake of buying before doing my full due diligence as I have invested in a rival company which did well so I also took a punt on a company that was just getting into it. It is my only stupid trade in my life where I bought without properly doing my due diligence. I have held well before I joined these conversations but did not pay attention to JAT until the announcements started coming in. I sent someone I know to the office to follow up on the photo that someone posted here. When that photo came up I questioned alot about who, what, why but the best thing to do was to get answers directly so I bought a slab online for a mate and got it sent to him and he dropped by when he was in the vicinity. My questions came after the good results as I already had some questions about my investment and seeing the price do exactly what it had before. This trend in the chart made me look deeper into things as I hate being a fool (which in this case looks like I am damned if I am and damned if I am not as I am a fool for investing or a fool for questioning). I hate speculative stock unless there is some substance for it and hence my mistake.

Here is a couple of questions for you and maybe you can answer them and put me at ease. :

Why isn't the general report 2018 on the web site?

What is the experience of Wilton? What are the franchise businesses he worked with and managed? On the 2017 report it states this:

Wilton Yao has been involved in business broking industry for more than 10 years and specialises infranchise recruitment and development. He has worked with a number of franchise firms to developfranchise businesses for both local and international markets. Mr Yao has also been involved inmanaging several retail and franchise businesses for many years and has great experience andknowledge in management and marketing.

Have you heard of ECSI? Do you know who was the board member 2010 to 2014? Do you know what happened to ECSI (ASX:ECS)?

Look at the history of the company. Here is a clip of the announcement which is all on HC for you to read.

Date: 22 July 2011Company Update – Directors ResignationsDirectors ResignationThe board of ECSI Limited (ASX: ECS) would like to announce the resignation of Mr. Tony Crimminsand Mr. Andrew Du effective immediately.

This is a result of a reorganisation of the board followingthe announcement on 8 July 2011.The board thanks both of them for their efforts and wish them well in the future.
The Board structure is now: – Executive Chairman & CEO
    – non‐executive Director
    ‐ non‐executive Director
    Wilton Yao ‐ non‐executive Director

So if you know about what happened and why it got de-listed please share. The delisting happened just not long after this announcement. There is another company where wilton and crimmins were on the board and no need to guess what happened to it and its performance. I just want to be able to have the same faith as others here who say Wilton is a great leader and has runs on the board. All the companies I can find that he has been involved in went down in share price, were delisted, or halted. If there are any that I do not know please share with us the success stories of the experience.

Before anyone says "sometimes we need to lose to learn how to win" yes I have considered that as well. To some you may say why the hell are you trading and in the market if you don't just focus on the numbers, well I focus on the business and future potential rather than immediate result.
