Ann: Scheme Implementation Agreement with AVID, page-13

The scheme booklet is supposed to be made available to shareholders in August, but I'm betting we won't see it before the financial results are announced to the market on Tuesday 20 August.

I'm just hanging on to see if the buy-out figure includes a sweetener in the form of franking credits, although I would much prefer another bidder to emerge with a better offer.
