I do see the reasoning in many of the opinions above and there is a possibility that PMM could wrestle control and then place the development of GWR on the back burner for some time. However, the best way to defend a hostile board takeover is to produce RESULTS. To this point Con and his crew have produce Zero - this is what is so frustrating with this company and board.
I believe the point has been raised before, but it does beg the question that if they really did have a significant resource why not have released it by now? It would deny any would be takeover merchants and give some credibility back to a laughable board.
Maybe it is simply a case of further lining the pockets of the few friendlies who continue to pillage this company..?
