It sounds as though the Peel Chief Geologist holds very few shares in the company otherwise he may not be praising Rob Tyson's "leadership and vision". Is the company indifferent to the share price performance? Do the likes of Peel Mining senior executives think that the share price performance in no way reflects on their performance?
