Interesting... I guess it's not a 'done deal' until the shareholders approve.... Given the board support for the deal to go ahead, I think it's a remote chance the shareholders would revolt and not approve the deal...
Well perhaps it's for the best... Sell the solar and refocus on Bio and perhaps larger solar deals... Let's play with the big boys... ?
