let's imagine that is a typical distribution of app users to app reviewers.
that means for every review you might see 3000 other users who didn't review.

ok so 69 reviews could indicate 207,000 app users on android alone.
let's say iOS is the same.
400,000 installs in 2 months of a pre-release version of the app.

I'm not saying these figures are bullet proof.
I am saying that this is actually an encouraging not discouraging number of reviews.

Add to that - the average review is close to 5 stars. Comments according to google translate are: this is a good step, good app, nice to have an app for the indonesian league.
