afr article qld firing up coal

An article on page 5 of today's AFR, "QLD puts it's future into coal".

The main point is that the QLD government decides to fast-track a $5.3 billion project in central QLD, to help clear infrasturcture bottlenecks in the coal industry.

The proposal includes a rail link between the Galilee Basin and Shoalwater Bay, a 200km water pipeline from the Burdekin Dam and a new port -- potentially to be located between Mackay and Rockhampton. The total capacity will be about 50m tonnes a year."

Anyone knows where Galilee Basin is? Could someone put a map here?
