thanks boxhillnorth,just read the other announcement,only had read the media release before I posted(should have looked more closely).
This sounds like a good idea -gives an opportunity for better than market value for a portion of the shares held and also reduces the number of shares on issue which will increase nta.
Another question- why do they only pay distributions annually ?
