False, it's the same suspension extended so that trading doesn't occur during negotiations, and leaks do not unfairly advantage.

False, all it takes is a letter to ASX advising that trading can resume.

Octangonal proposed $5m injection into CTL, not sure why it was not agreed to. Furthermore the advantages of local processing of ore at MS and the current gold price make a compelling case.

You can't even buy a local milkbar with $500k (less now given negative monthly cashflows).

The fact is: this is about 2 companies trying to make a survival deal and then try to sell it to shareholders.

There is NOTHING compelling or interesting this company could offer.
