    I suspect no. But another thought perhaps @ausheds may like to comment.

    If I were reliant on Lynas NdPr I would have stockpiled this last year while Malaysia had their hissy fit. Even assured by my government that the Samurai bonds it had provided would guarantee supply, I'd still be stockpiling having seen one shutdown in December. Watching Small Hands Fanta Pants tussle with trade agreements I'd also be worried my supply of last resort may become no resort at all, I'd be stockpiling.

    If risks of supply frustration diminish, I'd be happier with smaller stockpiles and I wonder if prices may soften as I use up my product on hand. Lynas would probably choose to stockpile itself if orders slow, but that affects cash flow.

    I can't believe the supply chain has not hedged in some way that will unhedge as risks mitigate.
