I agree with your initial thoughts re time frame. However i believe they PDN are conflicted in that whilst they would not want to at this point in time if they wait longer JORC is due in December and DYL value will increase an they PDN will be forced to pay more. Is it in the PDN shareholders interest for PDN to pay more when they should know the position already?
