My guess is OCP accumulating some more - they should be putting out a new sub holder notice if it is them.

No interest in the market due to low copper and cobalt prices despite the great exploration results. Cobalt is starting to tick up but still quite far from where things were last year.

Until the PFS comes out or the copper prices head higher this is going to be quiet imo despite the exploration results.
