in essence, if this proposal doesn't get up then the company will liquidate, creditors will get (some) pay and shareholdera will get nothing more.

I guess on the positive, neither will Davidson or the director who stumped up 2 million unsecured both of whom we have to thank in some part for this mess.

if you say yes, Fitzpatrick converts 1 mill to secured, creditors get sidelined into a trust and davidson gets to start dumping again....

call me jaded but I lost out when Murdoch and Gordon tried to pull a swifty to get Ten on the cheap but then shot themselves in the foot and every other shareholder went down with them. Sidelining all other creditors into a trust except for themselves as secured note holders... Well I just smell a rat I guess....
