Opthea Limited (ASX: OPT), went from around 80c to $3 over 5 days recently. coming back down now - but still around $2.50. Dunno where it will end up - but it kinda fits your criteria? Next Science (ASX: NXS) went from about $1.30 to $4.60 over 2 months, it's fallen way back to about $2.60 now I think. Fairy tales do happen it seems. Fingers crossed BOT is ours.
