The market Cap being reported for this stock looks wrong to me
266,341,510 shares at 2cents is a MC of $5,326,830 (excluding options)
I noticed Peter Wall has had some involvement in this. I think he has been involved in a few of these types of restructures ZYB being a recent one from memory.
That one didn't end too well.
