Yes ice Admedus is required to inform us of any CR , wether we have any say in it I am not sure . I can’t see WP going down this path, he would be well aware that he has no hope of attracting the required capital to keep the doors open 12 mths and quite frankly if that is his intention I think the doors would be closed before he could wrap a CR up . Borrowing money if he can at a reasonable rate would probably be a good option as long as the IP of the company is not put up as a sercurity . WP would be the best judge if a loan is viable as he would have a good insight into the growth of the Cardiocell this quarter . My thoughts on SB are they had a hostile take over planned and WP s actions by putting the stock in suspension put the brakes on it . I think SB has been acquiring shares like crazy and had probably hoped to be well over 30% before making their move . I think SIO are not on the same page as SB but god help us if they join forces and take up their options . I still think SB wants the immuno but they want it for free . Getting control of AHZ would enable them to pull it out of VA and effectively do just that . At that point in time Constelation would list it on the Hong Kong exchange and clean up . Tell me why doesn’t Admedus do the same ?, there’s a thought
