Royboy and other exconians---received e-mail from MA today.Stated exco does already hold granted mining leases at a number of deposits including E1 nth and Monakoff. It is correct that the other E1 deposits currently sit on EPMs but as advised are well advanced with the EIS which will be the key document in support of the additional leases and approvals required for the Cloncurry Copper Project. They are on track to submit the EIS early next year-2009.The subsequent approvals process is without doubt on the critical path for the project and whilst they continue to do all they can to expediate the process,we will to some extent be in the hands of the 'authorities'.3 to 4 years is an unduly conservative timeframe.Exco's advice is that 6 to 9 months is realistic once the EIS is in the system.Again, they are well advanced with the EIS.Rest assured they are not sitting on their hands.
Hope this clears up a few issues.---regards---Kitstar
