Well, The progress for ALD should be still very positive.
And ALD has a lot ground to climb back.
I can not think negative for the material in ALD, when director resign.

Allied Gold (ALD.AU) jumps 6.5 cents, or 10%, to 73.5 cents on long-awaited news it has poured first gold at Simberi Island project, PNG. ALD says plant now scheduled to reach full design throughput by end March, produce an average 84,000 ounces/year for at least 8 years. Executive Chairman Mark Caruso says initial head grade reconciliation data suggests potential for grade outperformance; intensive exploration underway, engineering well advanced on plans to expand Simberi output by around 60% to 135,000 ounces. This plan suggests October A$1.03 share price high could well be challenged if exploration successful, green light for expansion given in due course.
